My experience of this is so excellent not like the others I went to look for help . They always denied I don't know why ...thay should said like you we are here to help you no never say things like this is not a weekly ask for food parcel oml ...and they said no and its a no . But thank you and I got you guys I love coming to look for help to you people.
I'm grateful for help as me and my family are in need sometimes. But the food parcel I was given was honestly embarrassing. I was given a big box, with about 4 to 5 can food, 1 pack of rice, 1 pack of pasta shells, 1 hand sanitizer wipes and about 4 little packets of crushed almonds? I don't understand how that could help a family of 8?
Awesome community support by providing emergency food percels. They are really kind to help low income earning vulnerable people and families. Even They take order and deliver emergency foods to your home in West Auckland area. My household is overwhelmed by their generosity and fast response. Staffs are helpful, amazing and very friendly. Recommend to everyone who are in need.
Kindest people, have helped out a lot of people in need I take them to a lot of friends and whanau
Totally messed around enquired about a food parcel 2 weeks ago received a txt telling me to wait till the following week due to low food stores I heard nothing for another week, called on Wednesday last week, was told a parcel would be delivered either that day or Friday, stayed home both days waiting, still waiting its now Sunday,I would recommend going elsewhere, these people just seem to mess people around
Made me feel comfortable being there. Being non-judgmental helped. Thank you all
Very helpful and friendly staff/volunteers
