Geotechnical & Civil Engineering

Specialist Areas - Civil
VCE specialises in low-impact subdivision design, construction management, and stormwater analysis.

We have specialist skills in surface water investigations including flood hazard assessments, water quality, hydrological modelling, and catchment management planning; low-impact design; soils testing; land capability assessments; and effluent management system design (either on-site systems or decentralised/community wastewater systems) especially in environmentally sensitive areas.

Specialist Areas - Geotechnical
VCE specialises in geotechnical investigation, design, construction management, and stability analysis.

We have specialist skills in the assessment and design of earthworks and excavations, man-made and natural slopes, embankments, retaining walls, tunnels, reservoirs, dams, roads and pavements, channels, mining and landfills. Our engineers also specialise in large or deep groundwork projects such as underground rail stations.

Specialist Areas - Fire Safety
