We stayed in one of the executive suites; it was a beautiful spacious room with walk-in shower for two, stylish work and dining area and big cozy bed. The whole place feels clean and new, did not even need flip-flops in the shower ; they also offer quality bathroom products. Thank you for the nice stay, we're looking forward to coming back!
This is an excellent reasonably priced hotel, and the location in Auckland is okay. The rooms are very clean, and well appointed, everything you need is provided for. The bed is just brilliant, and you are guaranteed a great night's sleep, because apart from the very comfy bed, there was absolutely no outside noise at all.
Really good price for what you get. Had a peaceful quiet sleep in very comfortable bed. Bathrooms are nice & spacious. Easy walk to shops & bars. A bit tricky unloading bags from the car, as you have to pull up on the sidewalk out front on a busy road. Great value would stay again.
Great hotel close to the Harbour. Angie was very accommodating and took us in early due to the Auckland airport closure. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Beautiful views from our room. Had a kitchenette with a microwave as well as a fridge. Very comfortable bed and AC. Plus a Beautiful bathroom.
Aside from the obvious fantastic location, great price, comfortable beds, and very clean rooms - which were more spacious than we anticipated, we also found the manager and all staff to be delightful. The complimentary late check-out certainly made our lives easier! Huge shout-out to the very friendly and professional housekeeping ladies - such excellent service and so lovely in person. Thank you all so much, we will definitely be back next time we're in town.
It was a fantastic decision to book this new hotel. It is located about two blocks away from the central Britomart, so that there are so many options to enjoy cafes, bars and restaurants. We stayed 7 nights at level 11. The room size is decent and the facilities are modern and new. Especially thanks to Angie at the reception. She creates a lovely vibe and is absolutely helpful. Value for money hotel in Auckland.
Great price and great location! The only down side was the room I got which looked right into the coffee shop behind the building, so they can see me as well. And the shower drain was clogged with female hair, i had to clean it myself. Please do check drains as well! Other than these, it was a god stay!
Excellent service. Great love. Check in and check out were easy. The room was well appointed and really comfortable bed. Within walking distance of city center and a supermarket just across the road
I was blown away by everything in this hotel! The bedroom wallpaper- haha! Cleanliness, location, front-desk service, amenities.. EVERYTHING! This hotel is a real gem in the heart of Auckland, close to: ferries, Auckland Market, shop's- you name it. A real boutique hotel that other's came only aspire to become! Seriously, nothing bad to say about my stay- LOVED IT!
Nice modern hotel. Close to the train station, which is why we chose it. We did have an issue with opening the door to our room. Turns out you have to throw your weight against it to open it. Apart from that, the room was comfortable and quiet. Food & drinks: Not much available nearby. We had to walk up to the servo to find a coffee and snacks.
