I am appalled at the shocking service, or lack there of, at the Rolleston VINZ.nI waited two and a half hours to get my car checked initially and then when I came back a week later I waited just over an hour. I got there when it opened and there was two cars in front of me. When it came to my turn, instead of just checking the tyres, two light bulbs and one top engine mount, the inspector took the car right back to the beginning and I had to wait for three cars to go through a initial inspectionnI had said to the inspector I was now in a hurry because I had been waiting there for 45 minutes.nLast year the service was great and there was a separate area for rechecks.nI will not be going here again.
Confusing place. Everyone was unsure what lane to go in, do you park and go in first or just go into a queue? Some signage explaining the set-up would be helpful for all. Waited in the COF line for over an hour before anyone came out - it felt like only one guy was doing the COF'S and we were waiting through his lunch break!
Don’t even want to Gave one starnWorst Place to Get the COF/WOF, don’t know who gave them licence to do the job, Wof inspector start teaching me about safety things and end it up he forgot to lock the front bumper and gave me the car like that, i noticed when i crossed almost 20 km’s.nWhoever is the Manager of this Site needs to talk to their Inspector to do the job properly, don’t be over-clever and bring excuses ‘i m busy’
I called a few days ahead to see about wait times. The receptionist advised me to come first thing in the morning and I’m so glad I did! Only waited about ten minutes before my car was being assessed for its warrant and everyone was lovely and helpful.
