The service here was second to none. I transported my motorcycle to the Tasman area recently. I needed to get it roadworthy and registered so I took it to the Stoke VINZ testing station.nI ran into difficulties starting the bike after it had passed the warrant of fitness and one of the staff who'd processed the warrant went right out of his way to get my bike up and running. Being new in this area and without the resources to deal with such a problem, the service and help I received was top notch and above the call of duty.nHighly recommend this Centre.
I was there for WOF check up. Everything was quick end efficient. Staff were very nice and friendly which I really appreciate, as I was quite nervous about the outcomebut luckily everything was in great condition nAs a bonus there is a free coffee or water during your waiting time.nnWould highly recommend it, thank you guys!
Get your warrant done in less than 10 mins. Super efficient in and out with a free coffee to boot. What's not to love.
Terrible customer service ! I paid $200 for an online report with NO details or explanation at all. We asked for some detail but the man refused. No respect. The receptionists seemed like they didn’t want us there even though they had nothing to do! It’s probably why they were so quiet. Seriously bad vibes in there, it was like it was a joke. Do not book a pre buy inspection here ! Save your money. I want a refund. I’m seeing in other reviews “free coffee’s” and other stuff. None of that when we went in there. They were very crass and had no time for us. Waste of money.
Got a couple of Cofs here while staying in golden bay, helpful friendly staff, knowledgeable helpful technicians, would recommend booking though as they are busy!
