This is the second time I used their service for my WOF. I went early on Saturday and the WOF took only around 20mins. The staffs are friendly and their office waiting area provides free coffee and magazines.
Good quick service. Failed both vehicles I took there but were very helpful in showing what the genuine issues were, and how to fix. After I got some work done, they happily passed the wofs. I feel my car's are safe and we're well inspected. Very professional but also friendly staff. Highly recommended.
I have found VINZ to be fast, they are honest, unlike many garages that suggest extra things to repair for profit. They point out only the nesarserryary parts of the car to repair, overall, good service and free coffee.
Really quick service, friendly team and a handy location
Took my car for a WOF, scanned, entered and only 1 customer was on the way out. The blonde lady behind the counter so lovely, clear and precise with instructions on where to drive and park my car for inspection. She even gave me a heads-up about the eftpos machine having a bad day before I was about to pay. Great customers services everyone. Thank you. Stay safe
Best inspection services and I've tried them all. Quality, safety first and willing to explain outcomes to customers sets them apart. Had a pre purchase inspection with top photos to explain issues found. Dealer fixed all and gave a discount. Thank you VINZ.
Waited 2 hours for a wof! Service was terrible ! Two truck n trailers beat me to be checked , staff bot helpful , persin checking looked dumbfounded.
I have used these guys for many years 10? and found them to be really nice and not pedantic for commercial work, however this may have changed after my last experience!!! ...Still REALLY nice staff, but all new and perhaps a little too green to understand the complexity of rules for commercial -not sure what's going on - I might be wrong- hope so... Id definitely go here for a WOF, but COF s I give them one more chance... The office crew are lovely too :-
