Vinnie Smith-Bay Blinds

This is our second time getting blinds from Vinnie and once again he has gone above and beyond: The roller blinds that he installed over 7 years ago are still looking great. This time we have replaced bedroom curtains with the Thermacell top up bottom down blinds and they are fantastic. I’m so happy with the product and great service. Many thanks Vinnie.

Bay Blinds was absolutely fabulous to work with - right from that very first phone call through to the installation. Our organisation really appreciated their "can do" attitude and approach. We live on an Island - other companies were not open to coming over. Bay Blinds came over and before Chris Cooney left us - he gave me an indication of what they would cost. The next day I received the official quote which I was able to approve as it was within our budget. The blinds were made up - it took less time than we thought as we were still in Covid restrictions. Once completed Chris came back - removed our old curtains and installed the new blinds. We love them - they do exactly what we were told they would do and they look fantastic. Not only are we happy with a high quality line of products, the service was also outstanding. We enjoyed the consultation with Vinnie and the experience with Mark's installation was second to none.

Had to wait two weeks for an appointment with a sales rep to come for a consultation and to give me a quote. The appointment was for between 10:30 and 11:00am. She didn't turn up. She didn't call either to say that she's running late or whatever the reason was. I left home at 11:20am. My time is valuable too. Certainly no business for Bay Blinds.
