We worked for Vinepower when we were backpacking in NZ a few years ago. It was clearly the worst work experience ever, terrible pay, terrible conditions, « managers » were incredibly unkind, mean, with zero empathy nor humanity. Backpackers are cattle to this company. If you are going to New Zealand and look for a job, I truly encourage you to go work somewhere else.
