A great place to shop if it's the last one on earth after an apocalypse. Messy, dated, doesn't seem clean and the best part of the experience is when you exit the door. The staff are unfriendly and don't smile. Would probably get the award for worst 4 square in NZ.
I usually shop here to use their postal services and in those times the guy that serves me is really nice & friendly. This time I got someone different and was somewhat rude. No greeting, no smile, when talking to him he would ignore me and look out at the entrance. So when I finished up with my purchase I asked him where do I put I my postal bag to be sent. He snatched the bag out of my hand and chucked it in another bag. Rude much!. I get it! People have bad days but its no excuse to take it out on your customers.
had the misfortune to be served today by who i would describe as the rudest shopkeeper in the entire wellington metro area. no greeting, no smile, not even a hello or thank you...hey buddy your in the wrong job. only gets one star cause you cant rate lower
Honestly I don’t go there anymore, a lot of there alcohol is dated, I have repeatedly taken boxes of beer back, I’m with a friend right now who just returned from there getting a bottle of wine she can’t drink it’s terrible, unbelievable!!! They obviously buy bulk and store in a warm climate,.. come on man!!!!!!!
This is just your run of the line convince store. I mean, it fine. If you are going to get something and aren't bothered to drive to WoolWorths, this is where go go.
