A huge apartment with everything you need. Wifi and Netflix weren’t working well but Dom tried so hard to help us he always went the extra mile - LOVE Dom. Rooms above are noisy with their flush being easy to hear. Beds are very comfy! Only saw fire in lounge - not sure about a/c in summer or heating the bedrooms. But go see Dom he is amazing

With 3 kids it can be hard to find accommodation. Village Lake has great accommodation and with the rollaway bed, 3 happy kids. The 2 bed apartment was well equipped and even had laundry as well as kitchen facilities. Couple of minute walk to the pools and restaurants, it was a good location with young kids. Highly recommend! Walkability: Only a few minutes walk to all of the major attractions and restaurants with young kids

We were overcharged by $300 to our credit card. We contacted the manager and they refused to refund. We have lodged this with our bank as a disputed and unauthorized charge and should have no problems. The rooms were nice however in the summer months the bedrooms were very warm with no way to cool them at night other than leaving air conditioning unit located in the living area running all day while out. They have lost our regular custom as we would have stayed again if not for the unauthorized overcharge and refusal to refund. Be careful!

We stayed here for a few days in March 2023 in a two bedroom apartment. The place was neat, clean and pleasant. It is well located about 5 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants and thermal pools. The main bedroom is a reasonable size, the second bedroom is on the small side, but the living area is very roomy. Appliances we used all worked as expected. There is split system air conditioning to the living area and a gas fire. The main bedroom has a convection heater on the wall. Heating worked well. The bed we used was comfortable, as was the lounge. Wifi is included with download and upload speeds around 47.7 Mbps and 9.4 Mbps respectively. Netflix was also available. Parking is outdoors, although easy to use. Recommended.

This place is WOW! We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed every bit of our time in the room and area around. Rooms are equipped with good quality furniture, fixtures and kitchen equipments. Fire place in the lounge is beautiful that we enjoyed on cold night.Rooms: 5/5
