I have shopped with this business for many a year and have found the lady to be very polite and considerate. I am never sure of what exactly I am looking for and have spent many an hour going through all the glass that this lady has. She is extremely patient and only too happy to show you all the glass she has in stock. If I have not been able to find what I want, she has given me other options of what to use. In these hard times where businesses are trying to stay afloat with the COVID pandemic, I am impressed with the safety procedures of this business. I feel safe in entering these premises.
I went to Sandra's studio to purchase glass and found her to be very patient and helpful . There were specific colors I needed and although she didnt have every color she told me where to look for similar glass.
My experience with the women who owns this place was atrocious, My intent was to purchase a large amount of stained glass, But after the service I received it left myself feeling insulted and belittled, no one should ever talk down to others and the way she did to myself. So to save you time I would AVOID AT ALL COST, because being kind to others take nothing
I am new to the art of stained glass, If it had not been for the patience of the lady who own the shop i would have given up long ago, Always happy to lend a hand with suggestions and practical help, We are so very lucky to have such a studio where we can buy wonderful glass and equipment, Thankyou Sandy
Sandy is incredible! I came to Villa Leadlights for a custom piece to install above the front door of our tiny house, jointly as a Christmas gift for my fiancé. I had an idea for the design and between my vision of the product, her experience in her craft, dedication to the project, and love for the art she’s creating, an absolutely stunning piece was made. Sandy has been above and beyond in communication, which was important for me being the first time getting something like this made. I would 100% recommend her to anyone in need of some beautiful stained glass art, and will be seeing her again for another addition in the future. Thanks Sandy!
