Video Ezy Mt Albert

Unfortunately my experience with Video Ezy Mt Albert was an unpleasant one to say the least. I have been a client/customer there for 16 years now and while the business has changed ownership and management a few times over the years, I found the latest owner/manager to be rude and disrespectful to the extreme. A simple query was met with hostility and aggression. Now I'm no wilting violet and I gave as good as I got but someone in the corporation needs to teach this man some basic customer service/care and educate him on good business practice. The only reason I even rated this store with a star is because of the young man who works there. He was polite, informative and helpful and deserves a better boss!! Needless to say, I have closed my account there and will gladly travel the extra distance to another store where my patronage is appreciated. SHAME ON YOU VIDEO EZY MT ALBERT!!!!
