Hi guys and gals.
I am a certified personal trainer and a busy mum of two young boys, who keep me on my toes.
Since the beginning of the year I have lost over 15kgs, which I can tell you if no mean feat! I have always yo-yo'd and struggled with my weight in the past but over the last few years it got easier to maintain a healthy weight and have consistent energy. Then I got pregnant and it all went downhill. At the beginning of the year I knew I needed to do something as I felt horrible. I had the knowledge, all I needed to do was apply it to myself and having a good support network helped me stay on-track. Losing the weight and getting stronger not only gave me more confidence, I also gained more energy. Yes some days are still a struggle, sleep deprivation is a killer. But having great friends around to support me and continuing to exercise and put the right fuel in my body, makes all the difference. I love getting outdoors and walking up the hills, but I also love Crossfit, lifting weights and HIIT style training.
So now I want to help you!!!
I offer a lot of variety, so you're always challenged. I can come to you to train you in the privacy of your own home if you prefer that.
Training will mostly be outdoors as I yet to have an indoor space. But it's coming into summer so outdoors is the best place to be.
No matter what your goals, I will do my upmost best to see that you achieve them and so much more!
