We have had nothing but absolutely pleasant experiences from Property Brokers Whanganui. At a time where we weren't sure our house would sell in the time we needed it to, it did. This was thanks to Bruce McGhie and Paula Boyer who were calming and reassuring at a trying time, they are led by an a fab manager and I couldn't rate the team from Property Brokers Whanganui higher.
Radio adds. Are enough, to put anyone off, banging on, about how good you are. I never got a definitive answer, as to the worth of my property, appears to me, you would prefer to start low, and try to work the figure upwards, which to me, shows the Agent, to not have enough confidence to state a figure. This is odd, because, you are according to you, the best.
I cannot recommend anyone better than the team at property brokers especially our friendly professionals in our whanganui branch, from the moment they answer the phone you will be pleased you approached these guys! Thanks again property brokers your all wonderful.
I've had dealings with several of the property brokers team over the years and they have all been outstanding to work with. I also love the community spirit! Keep up the good work.
Very disappointed with my rental experience with property brokers over the past 3 years. Took months to have things repaired, dishwasher was taken to get fixed took over a year and still didn’t get back before I moved. Heat pump stopped working 6months before I moved was never resolved. To top it off I signed a paper unaware I was signing my bond over to them fully as they did not state the amount they were deducting. I didn’t hear back about the final inspection or where my bond had gone till I contacted them a month after I moved. Note to renters make sure you go to the final inspection and agree upon the damages, have photos of the house before you leave and do not sign the bond form if it is not fully filled out with how much they are taking for damages!
Joe Nugent in Wanganui was the agent for the house we have just purchased. This is the 3rd house we have brought and Joe has been 100 times more approachable, friendly and communicative than the other purchases. Highly recomend
Agent Indian tried to bully me into making a higher offer on a house. He got quite aggressive too. He put his lawyers details in my lawyers place on the contract that had been pre filled in. The fact that he did this is the resion I didn't continue to negotiate. As soon as I noticed that he had done this it was apparent there was a problem with the property.

Recently bought a house through Property Brokers in Whanganui. Shona was our agent and she was absolutely fantastic!! Especially with a very nervous buyer Shona went the extra mile and continued to be very caring and considerate long after sale was complete. Great agent and a credit to the company!! Yay Shona still very excited! :-
