Viaduct Harbour is a residential and commercial precinct including apartments, marina, bars, restaurants, commercial property and public spaces.

Viaduct Harbour Marina caters to pleasure craft, super yachts and commercial vessels with 150 marina berths ranging in size up to 60 meters. New Zealand’s largest marine service precinct, Westhaven, lies a short walk or boat ride to the west.

Viaduct Harbour is host to events including the past America’s Cup defences, Louis Vuitton Regattas, the Volvo Round the World Race stopover and the Auckland International Boatshow among many others.

Visitors can explore New Zealand’s rich maritime history at the Voyager Maritime Museum, cruise the harbour on a luxury yacht, view super yachts berthed in the harbour and enjoy world class hospitality at one of the many restaurants and bars that line the water's edge.
