I had Jess come out to my house to groom my elderly cat Spud. He had some mats in his fur that needed tended to. She was great with him and did the job easily with no fuss. Nice and quick but also thorough. Thank-you for your awesome work Jess

Vet South were so kind to my wife, my mum and I when my cat sadly have to be put to rest in the early hours of Monday 19th June 2023. I'd like to thank the team and Vet Doctor Chris for their help with my old girl and helping make the hard decision which was in her best interest. I will continue to be a loyal customer for your clinic with our two other boys in future as you have always been good to us through out the years. Thank you for your service towards my feline friends.nnI'd also like to thank you for the card and your condolences are much appreciated in this time.
Everyone at Vetsouth Invercargill are great i have been taking my wee girl Maia to them ever since she was a puppy and now she is 14 years old.
Cookie was under your care on Sunday, May 5th at 10am, where she stayed overnight and was subsequently discharged with a diagnosis of an infection, for which antibiotics were prescribed. Unfortunately, Cookie's condition did not show any signs of improvement, prompting me to seek further medical assistance. The treatment provided did not lead to any improvement in her health; she was sent home vomiting, not eating or drinking, extremely lethargic and barely moving from this horrible disease which if left untreated she could have passed away in awful pain. We were told on discharge if she got worse to take her elsewhere and charged $1300 for nothing - we sent an email regarding this weeks ago with no reply, we are disgusted!
