Vets4Pets is your new local vet clinic. We are a small friendly team providing excellent service - pop down to meet us sometime! :)

Story

We are a new Companion Animal Veterinary Clinic in New Plymouth.
Hours of operation are Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm, and Saturday 8am - 1pm, as well as providing 24/7 Emergency Services.

We are situated on the Corner of Robe Street and Vivian Street (entrance off Robe St), in the old "Harcourts" building.

Ample EASY & FREE PARKING is available - 21 car parks on-site, plus more parking on the road which is free for the first hour.

We look forward to seeing you and your pets in the clinic.

Had to schedule an emergency visit because our dog hurt his leg on Christmas day whilst we were in town. They were so good to deal with, and made everything so easy. Highly recommend vets4pets
First time going here, I got staff member Jasper, I was really impressed with the kindness and information he provided me to better my pets life. I felt he valued her and wanted what was best for her life. He was very informative and very kind, made me and my cat feel comfortable, I think my cat even liked him which is new! thanks so much vets4pets
Thanks to vets4pets my doggy is doing a lot better an settled . Excellent veterinarian very thorough and gave me options to treat my dog .finally found a good vet
Best place ever all the staff are welcoming and friendly. My dog gets excited when we go there.
Amazing service! Would 10/10 recommend coming to vets4pets if you want your companion to come 1st and be treated like you would treat them at home! Sadly I had to get my cat euthanised but their service throughout this procedure was above and beyond, I was made to feel as comfortable and at ease as humanly possible considering the situation! Couldn’t recommend enough!
I love my dogs. They aren't always the best behaved, but even when they are making a noise and upset. They are always treated as loved patients here. I have been to a few vets in my life and always had good careful service. But I simply wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else anymore.
I love Vets 4 Pets, the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I am confident in their expertise and to make it easier on my pocket I pay a weekly amount into the kitty so my bills are covered.

I am embarrassed that I cried when I just saw our Willow after surgery, but you all were so kind & thoughtful and gave me tissues I am a 55 year old Grand-dad our animals are an extension to our whanau and you all treat them as such.
