What an outstanding vet clinic. Panda my cat had a seizure and only just having moved to Whanganui I did not have a vet. I called them after ringing others and they said bring him in. It did not look promising for Panda, but Peter got into action and he saved Pandas life. He would give me updates on Pandas progress which meant so much to me. The staff are friendly and I highly recommend them. Here are a few photos of Panda now which I never thought I would see again. From the bottom of my heart I thank you all.
Every business is so busy at the momant and the vets are no exception. But the vet I dealt with took the time to explain my dogs xrays and how we would move forward and didnt make us feel rushed. Great service under obvious pressure. Thank you.
All the staff are so lovely and kind to the animals that come in. Really make you feel like part of the family
Good friends to our furry friend. I love going here with my dogs they all have seem to have loved going here all the smells food and toys couldn't get Marco out of this place and now my new dog puppy loves going here too. The vets are so great with the dogs would well recommend using these guys. Cheers
I opted for another vet. The receptionist couldn't give any advice and recommended I see a vet, she then turned to serve other customers before I could make an appointment which lost them a new customer as I went to highly rated vet near Pak n Save
Peter explained what our pup has and showed us on a website, the virus she has, and how to treat it. Very friendly staff and service.
All ways used this vet. Our animals love going always helpful if we need to pay it off and just generally lovely people.

We had arranged with another vet practitioner for 2 cattle to be dehorned and after about 2 hours of getting them to where they should be the night before I had a. Call in the morning cancelling. I rang Vets on Carlton at lunchtime and they sent a veterinarian up to our place by 2.30. Conditions and facilities weren’t perfect but The vet David was brilliant start to finish 45 minutes no messing, cattle successfully dehorned and up and about the next day. A big relief as we were running out of pasture for them , and university fees due - a weight off my shoulders. Much appreciated David keep up the good work
Great team here, my puppy a bully breed was not stereotyped but is warmly welcomed by all staff on each visit. Quick same day appointments for emergencies and a text reminder service.
