Great team here.nI came here early last year when the team saw my old Jack Russell in an urgent situation. I was in a panic, after my old girl hurt herself falling from a height. They tended to her with care, and also looked after me and my other dog, by distracting him and took the time to calm me down. Showed absolute compassion and understanding.
The new young Dr Thomas provided excellent care for my kitty. Was knowledgeable and pragmatic. Thanks very much for your expertise.
Best vet in Canterbury. Would give you 6 stars out of 5 if we could. This vet is about doing the best for the animals in their care. The vets and vet nurses here are empathetic animal lovers, who care that the animal brought to them, has the best outcome and results. We bought in a rescue kitten which had a broken leg. It was treated with the greatest respect, and the leg was saved by the talented surgical skills of Trish. Georgia, Chrissie and Teagan gave daily updates and sent photos. Highly recommend this vet. Worth the drive from wherever you are in Canterbury to get this high level of expertise and surgical talent. Thank you.
Can not speak for all vets. But the driving shown in this area by the vetlife guys is a complete joke. Not a one off instant. Only a matter if time before one of your staff kills someone with that driving. Seems as though your staff need some basic training like not using a phone while driving?? Very unprofessional but clearly a common theme here..
