I had such a great experience with Vetlife! The staff were incredibly kind and professional, and they really took the time to explain everything clearly. My pet was treated with so much care and patience — you can tell they genuinely love animals. The clinic was clean, organized, and welcoming, and the whole visit felt stress-free. I really appreciate how thorough and gentle the vet was. Highly recommend Vetlife to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate veterinary team!

I’ve been bringing my dogs to this clinic since 2018, when I first moved to the area.nnFrom day one, the staff have been nothing short of amazing—friendly, caring, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. I love that I can phone up and they know exactly who me and my dogs are.nnEven after moving 1.5+ hours away, I still make the trip back to LR because I simply won’t take my dog anywhere else. Never had any issues with the team here.nRecently have had a few health issues with my older boy cat - each time we've taken him in, the issue has been sorted and the vets and nurses are all excellent at their job, and compassionate. I'm very surprised at some of these low rated reviews.
Just rung the after hours number for this vet to try and get emergency help for my dog as they are only a couple of minutes away from me and the guy said he only gives help for larger animals and not dogs and he passed the number of another vet in addington. My dog may not survive because of this laziness. Totally unacceptable.
