We love our Vet Associates Takanini….veterinarian Kwon is really good with our Rottweiler Roman, makes Roman feel comfortable and relaxed as our dog gets too excited when he sees other dogs at the clinic + smells from the millions of dogs! Roman all checked for another year or so! I would only go back again if our dog felt comfortable around his Vet!
I came here for the first time today and I was blown away by the experience. The staff were super friendly, and really showed genuine care towards my cat. The prices were also reasonable which was a pleasant surprise too. Will definitely be making them my regular vet moving forward
Our go to vet for many years. We first started with them when they opened but moved briefly to another when we had a discount for spaying our cats; when our vet following that started misdiagnosing our cat and dog we moved back to Vet Associates and haven't looked back. They were accommodating when our dog was put down to allowing someone in to do paw castings and to changing crematorium. Even sent photos of our stolen dog as a pup during her visits when I was at work.
Awesome staff here. Brought my dog Koko for her spay through the free Auckland Council desexing programme. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. Unfortunately a few days later Koko’s stitches came out and the receptionist went above and beyond to sort out funding for me so that Koko could come in again and be seen by a doctor and receive medicine free of charge. Koko has been steadily recovering and it’s all thanks to the wonderful staff here at Vet Associates Takanini
I couldn't be happier with our Vet, describing the effort and care they have provided to my beloved tripawd Indiana as amazing is quite literally a gross understatement. From the moment we walked into the clinic all those months ago facing a horrendous decision, the vets and staff have been nothing but helpful and supportive.nnYou have helped my pooch fight the toughest of battles and you have been by her side through all of it. You have given her months of life she wouldn't have had and some dignity right to the end, whenever that comes.nnA special shout out to Jess our Onc Vet, the care and professionalism you have displayed with my Indy is a testemanent to you and the clinic. Every dog I own will be brought to Takanini if you'll have us because I know you will give them the same level of care youve given indy. She may not show it, but she behaves better with you than any Vet she has ever seen before. Thank you for all the research, advice and help, we gave it our absolute best shot, and a special thanks for taking my word for how gentle she is and not muzzling her during the treatments.
