Front of house staff always pleasant, friendly and helpful. They remember our names which makes it more personal.nI would of given 5 stars but dropped one as the only issue is that everytime we have brought our dog to see the vet, its a different one everytime.nThat inconsistency doesn't help towards building the trust.
I find the VetEnt extremely professional and friendly. The people are helpful and very lovely, empathic and approachable they really listen. Excellent service, I got an appointment the same day that I rang, professional and thorough, everything was explained. Lovely vets who were kind and engaging with my unsure dog. Highly recommended
