I really like this vet centre. My elderly dog has been a bit of a frequent flyer this year. I found them to be thorough, easy to contact and book with, helpful, good at explaining and offering options, friendly, and they've gone the extra mile to help.
Nice staff. But this practice is not driven by care for animals. It is driven by greed for money. They charge $35 to write a script. However to add another item they tried to charge another $35. They have made so much money from me already I refused. My new vet is happy to just charge $27.50 for the 2 item script. I have found Vetcall to be very expensive this is an example!! $27.50 versus $70 for the same thing!!
Excellent vets. Highly recommend for all dog and cat matters, animal lovers who generously offer great advise and care. No nonsense, highly competitive pricing. The best in Christchurch over 40 years of dog friendships I tried quite a selection. Thanks Colin & Kash
The vets Colin and Clare both invested a lot of time researching why our pup was so underweight, and their recommendations have returned him to peak condition. We were really impressed with their commitment to his health, their follow up and their professional manner. The nursing staff are fantastic too, knowing us and our dog by name and making us feel very welcome.
Great clinic - the staff are all very friendly and caring. We took our cat there for several years and Colin was always fantastic - genuinely caring and always explained the reasons and pricing prior to treatment. We'd still be taking our cat there if we hadn't moved to the North island! Thanks team.
The Vetcall team are fantastic with our two cats. One in particular is quite aggressive but they are so understanding and calm when dealing with him. We also don't live near linwood anymore and are happy to drive across town for them as they offer such high quality care and are so thorough with them- we wouldn't go anywhere else! I have also seen the amazing work they do with Cat Rescue Christchurch. You can tell they genuinely really care about animals :
