Story

Venture Developments was started by Mark Fraser-Jones and Ben Graham in 2008 and in that time has grown to be one of the largest building companies in the Bay of Plenty. We believe in building modern, well designed and well finished homes at an affordable price point. We are big believers in "what you see is what you get", so when you visit one of our show homes you can rest assured that the quality you see accurately represents the quality of the home we will build for you, without the need for a whole lot of upgrades and extra costs. We believe building a home should be an exciting and enjoyable experience, and this is the service we strive to provide for every client who builds with us.
