Our health and fitness centre in Auckland covers three key aspects of health. For relief from back pain, joint and neck pain and to restore joint mobility we start with chiropractic treatment. Therapeutic massage promotes relaxation and the healing process, reducing muscle pain and maintaining health. We will then work with you to develop a fitness program that sees you achieving your goals of fitness and health.
