Another visit to Kapiti Vehicle Testing where the staff are so friendly and provde a great service. Good advice on tyre replacement. Highly recommend.
Just got my WOF done this morning. No queue, by the time my paperwork was processed my car had been started. On completion passed, the serviceman gave me extremely good advice on upcoming tyre replacement which I had expected. All in all, a very smooth process, very pleasant people and easy to recommend here….
i brought my car for servicing and the wonderful team here were very nice and helpful. they showed me how to check and top up my oil which i was very thankful for as im a 16 year old and it was very insightful information that they gave me. they were very helpful when it came to my cars bulbs,window wipers etc… and over all they were tremendously helpful and just a lovely lovely team i will definitely be taking my car here from now on as they are definitely a worth going to place.
I went to get new tyres as mine had worn out. I had called last minute to book in as I was around the area and my day off. I knew it wouldn't pass the warrant of fitness. Also I was worried as I have kids I drive around. I told the guy I spoke to and he understood my circumstances and gave me huge discounts on the tyre's. As I was waiting to get the tyre's done he came back and said he has done wheel alignments and he won't charge for that. I was shocked at the generosity but as he knew my about my situation from the fone call he wanted to help out.nAlso he even changed my headlight for FREE. Part and labour for FREE!!!! Who does that these days for single solo mum on part time job. I was so grateful but tried to not show it haha.nThe lady at the reception also kept me entertained by having conversations rather than just sit there quietly. She was very kind and funny. We spent the whole time talking about kids and the milestones we have experienced. I had been there one time before for full service and because of warm friendly environment and manner I decided to go again and this time it honestly blew my mind with such kind generous people working there.nIt's a bit of a travel for me to go there as I live 30 min drive awsy but honestly it's so worth it. The relationship you build with people customers is amazing and wonderful. I am still so shocked with all the work you did for me and didn't make me feel like I had gotten broke from that visit. I can't say thanks enough. Thankyou for understanding and helping me and accommodating me on my day off to get what i needed done. 100 percent recommend going back. I have not met any other places with such wonderful service and workers.
