Vegetarian World - Christchurch, NZ

I love Vegetarian World. It is my favorite place to eat in Christchurch. Everything on the menu is $5 and you get great portions. Did I mention, it's delicious! The owner of the business is so sweet and often lets you sample other things on the menu and different vegan meats she sells in the store. There is a great variety and everything tastes delicious. When my partner and I go, we are never able to order fewer than 3 meals from the menu and it's such a great deal. I get to take the leftovers to work for lunch the next day. It is my restaurant of choice as a vegan! So amazing. She also does delicious coffee for those breezy days in Christchurch. They have the best veggie burgers more like chicken than beef and incredible fried rice. I'm also a fan of the curry which isn't too spicy. It's wonderful as well, because the owner is vegan and well informed about everything on the menu and in the store. The restaurant is small, with limited seating, but so accommodating, quirky and fun. I encourage all vegans and vegetarians to go and eat there often! This is a business we do not want to lose.

Oh woah, what a great experience here. All the vegan food you can dream off. Vivian is more than welcoming and you can eat really good food for as low as 5$ Highly highly recommended!

Gluten free vegan options available and you can't beat the curry for $5. Vivian the owner is super friendly and very helpful.
