So I started vaping for a few of months ago and on recommendation from a friend used evapo, today I understood why. The tank for my vape broke and when I went in to see if it was still was in warranty and could be replaced it wasn't but the staff gave me a replacement tank from a different vape of the same model that has been earlier
I have bought 3 different vape devices in past 3 years. Each occasion the salesman was vaping on the machine I was about to buy. Coincidence perhaps... or not.
I've been a loyal customer for 2 years and I love the service and product range available however the new guy is a real let down, generally unhelpful and disinterested, and so far the range of ohm brew shortfills that i have tried are bland to say the least. Maybe I've come to expect too much. I feel like I've completely wasted £20 on 2 bottles of vague juice
I go in on occasion to buy the ohm brews. Went in today and bought a new device thought id spend my fiver birthday coupon. "Not on the system" "nothing I can do" bought the device anyway and e-mailed customer service only to be told "yes the points are online but obviously not in the shop yet there's nothing the staff can do" with a sarcastic "have a good weekend" the device is a load of rubbish too! 25 quid down the pan!
Ultra helpful staff always greeted with a smile
My go to vape shop. Very helpful staff with my juices and just recently RTA tank and new mod. Always happy to help and answer queries. Even showed me how to make my first RTA as well. Can't recommend them enough. The Loyalty card is worth having too as you collect credit for each purchase.
Great vape shop. Really helpful and friendly staff who have a vast knowledge of their products. Superb range of mods, tanks and juices. Virtually all juices you can try before you buy. Great service throughout. Will certainly be returning. A well deserved 5 stars.
Best in town. Knowledgeable, and if they don't know they don't spout bull**** at you. Will offer any hints and tips they have picked up along the way, and have an awesome selection of flavours. Good vibes, no hesitation in recommending.
I went in store for a cheep basic vape to help me quit smoking, I have tried vaping before and been into many stores, this time though the staff were polite, no one offered to explain how to use the vape, change coil ect and the leaflet in the box wasn't all that helpful. The lady also just decided all by herself what strength juice I would be buying with out even discussing it with me. I felt that because I didn't want to buy an expensive mod or something the service was poor :/
Great stock of vape kits /accessories and liquids. Staff are immensely helpful. My no1 stop. Recommend.
