Inspired from my love of travel, mum of three adult boys, my work as a social support worker and parenting educator in the region and seeing real issues, conscious of the impact of good food on health / learning, and my passion to empower families to feed their whanau healthy nutritious meals, thus helping our children to reach their potential. Feeding a family on a budget does not have to mean compromise on good non processed food and vegetables. I bring you this service! You will receive each Sunday (between 2pm and 8pm) all meat, vegetables, potatoes, rice etc along with receipes with step by step instruction. Realising that many do not have a huge store cupboard I aim to provide spices and herbs to make your food awesome. Each week will consist of mainly fast cooking but tasty dishes, along with a meat to be slow roasted. Sometimes a large roast will be for 2 meals as this is not only the most economical way to cook but very tasty, plus you get a night off! PAYMENT must be made into our bank account by 10pm Tuesdays.(along with your name and address, along with a confirmation e mail. I apologise that this is not the most convenient but a web site is being designed right now to address. I am a passionate cook, well travelled and a wealth of knowledge on a wide range of cuisines. I am also a big advocate of all the family to sit down for dinner together, this improves relationships and kids just love it! price is $99 for 5 nights for 4 adult servings, $134.99 for 6 people
