Story

Valuation Consultants Limited (“VCL”) are a Wellington based valuation, property consultancy and research group offering a wide range of valuation and property consultancy services to Greater Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua, Kapiti Coast and Horowhenua regions. Additionally we provide data analysis and maintain the algorithms for HomeValuer which is an Automated Valuation Model with national coverage.

VCL aims to provide you, the client with professional property advice in a prompt and timely manner at competitive prices. Our highly experienced valuers have in excess of 80 years experience between them. When you deal with VCL you can be sure that are dealing with experienced property experts. We are leaders in the technological area being one of two valuation firms in New Zealand which maintain a working Automated Valuation Model.

Company Overview:

VCL are independent property advisers and registered valuers. We are not affiliated with any other organisation or agency. We have an experienced team of Valuers, and a software engineer who maintains the AVM plus additional office and support staff. We are members of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, Property Institute of New Zealand and Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand and adhere to the standards of practice and codes of ethics of these bodies.

We provide a comprehensive range of valuation and advisory services within the Wellington, Lower Hutt, Uppert Valley, Porirua and Kapiti coast areas. Each of our experienced team of Valuers bring individual skills to the table. We match these skills with each clients individual requirements. Where possible individual Valuers specialise in specific geographical, so you know that when you use our services you are tapping into superior local knowledge.

We carry out valuations for a multiple purposes including buying, selling, mortgage financing, taxation, replacement insurance, investment, body corporate entitlements, compensation, matrimonial disputes and division of property purposes.
