Not at all impressed!! Service from the receptionist in regards to having not enough room in the waiting area is wrong! There was no please and what's with the whispering? I find that the receptionist needs to educated in respectful behavior towards customers! The doctor who took us through was awesome top marks to her but front desk needs to learn manners!!
Never had a bad experience, great communication and welcoming receptionist and lovely ultrasound ladies made my experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you ladies.
Absolutely shocking service by Janine... My partner and myself both have mask exemptions bare in mind the current mandate status and Janine not knowing any background of either my partner or my health issuse which 1 required a support person for her and i have an issue where as i can not wear a mask. We explained this to Janine and was simply told by her protocol was i was to wear a mask or wait outside with Absolutely no understanding for the importance of the support person for my partner or the fact if i had of worn there silly mask i would have had a full on panic attack that hutt vally ultrasound staff would have had to deal with as my partner was already panicked about having to go into a dark room with a stranger without me. Well done vally ultrasound Absolutely no understanding or care for an unborn child this was the 13week scan aswell so a very important one!!! The cut off for this scan was tomorrow. My only question vally ultrasound could even attempt to answer is why on the 1st of August it was acceptable for us to present the same way we did this morning and we received our scan without any issues around masks we were simply asked if we had exemptions and "yes" was acceptable ? This will be reported to the human rights comminsion on the grounds of discrimination of a disability.. I suggest you reconsider your protocols and aline them with the human rights act.
So i wish i actually said something on the phone when they had called, i was originally going to go for a scan the same day they called then i asked to change it to a different day as i already had another appointment in the mirning so it just saved driving the hill twice, anyway the lady on the phone asked "is that because you cant afford it" as to why i rescheduled. Like im sorry but who do you think you are to ask about my bizo? Theres alot of people out there that yes do struggle to come up with the money for alot of things and i just thought how rude of you to say that, imagine if you said that to someone who was actually struggling and how you would have made them feel? Some people are just so rude, explains why you work with the team at valley.
Terrible service from the receptionists. They have been rude to my wife, and that's not an acceptable way to treat customers already paying a high fee for a scan.
They were able to see me quickly when we miscarried. They were lovely, kind and very understanding. Maintained professionalism whilst being personable. Highly recommended! Will be coming here for future scans.
Multiple times they have given incorrect information changing decisions ever time we communicated. It's a very cold environment to enter into, the staff are not friendly here at all. Horrid experiences every time I've had to go here.
They called and confirmed appointment over the phone and said will sent text message. So no text message received at all. Been to appointment the receptionist said no appt here, u might be at wrong place. I asked to check the name and she said what ur name. Without checking in system she said no appt for you. Later called them they said the appt of for tmrw confirmed again over the phone. No text message received again the vise versa of confirmation over phone of appt and text message.Receptionist is very rude and incecitive. Doesn't know what customer service is? Asked my doctor to next referral as service is pathetic there.
Frustrating. First sent message allowing one person to be with patient and on door says that only patient can enter under level 4. OK understandable, but need to communicate this right, not send wrong messages. But not allowing the CLIENT to have the ultrasound images they PAID for is not acceptable! Every client should receive a copy of the images acquired! Not recommended.
Very nice decor, relaxing and peaceful. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is easy as there are plenty around the area and outside.
