Visit was for spare parts. Parts a little expensive for what they were, but were available ex stock saving time and need for second trip to collect. 85 km round trip Service friendly and very efficient. 10 out of 10 guys.

It's my first time contacting Valley Toyota trying to buy a car and quite disappointed with their communication. I talked to Karl and asked if I could trade in my car. Asked me to send some photos and information in. Did that and it went silent. It would have been great if I had been told this was how much you would get or we could not take trade in and so on. But nothing at all. Now the car I wanted is sold. What happened to customer service?
