I can't rate Valkyrie Aerial Studio highly enough. I was slightly intimidated at the thought of Aerials but so glad i ignored my fears and gave it a go. Its the most fun I have ever had exercising. Valkyrie is encouraging, professional, patient and fun. I totally recommend :

Finally an aerial studio out west with nice high ceiling! Always look forward to my class here every week and why not make pretty poses while exercising at the same time  Well structured class and she never skip on conditioning  Everyone should give it a try.

Passionate teacher and small classes make for plenty of attention and challenges for all abilities! I always have a blast, can't wait for the next session~

Awesome classes. Progressed so much in such a short space of time. Small class sizes so you get lots of attention and practice. Highly recommend!
