Purchased lift kit for Hard Lid. Kit was missing bolts and would not fit due to where they had installed wiring tube. Was offered some double sided tape. Will not purchase Ute master product for our next Vehicles. Took 3 weeks to get refund as well.
The Ute Master Canopy and cantilever roof rack have been so great, had mine for 3 years now and its still like new the powder coat is so durable. Highly recommend the central locking kit.nWhat a game Changer
I loved this lid until I decided to have it powder coated and replace the hinges due to rusting within the first year of ownership. Disassembling it revealed poor-quality hardware, with most bolts starting to rust, and the rubber seal broken and perishing due to rust around the hinges. It's extremely disappointing, especially considering it's advertised for outdoor use. Not sure why they don't use better hardware for a lid priced at 5-8k. Selling replacement hinges instead of offering replacements for a product fault is disappointing. I'll likely opt for an alternative lid next time.
All the staff at Utemaster have been so helpful and responsive to all requests for information or help. Canopy looks fantastic and is of exceptional quality. I have added fans fitted with filters to positively pressurise the canopy to eliminate dust. While Utemaster seals are great the holes and gaps in the tub are not. Rogue canopies supply these vents if you’re interested.
Great company to deal with. Very helpful with advice and suggestions. Excellent quality. Would use UteMaster again for sure and recommend to others
