Had to arrange an urgent prescription via our Doctor in Auckland. Good service and items ready promptly
Daniel and the team, are fantastic. Very through, and reassuring, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way, to get you pills, other things, that they have out of stock, you require. And I am sure if, you are ill at home, the team will get your medications to you,one way or another, for anominal fee. Service is beyond and above, for a urgent pharmacy. Thanks team, for helping me over the years.
Found ourselves in a compromised position forgetting medication during a visit to Dunedin, however the staff & pharmacist were thankfully able to resolve our concerns. Professional, knowledgeable & friendly service who I would highly recommend to all. Thank you Urgent Pharmacy Dunedin.
Very polite, very good service
Snotty service. Forgetful idiots. And a couple days after posting my initial review, I received a call from someone there. Widely inappropriate. To use my personal info to contact me outside of anything to do with the business between us, i.e. safety. Could have responded online. I add bully behaviour to the review.
Worse pharmacy ever! Told me they wouldnt give me a nights supply of my meds without a script. Even though legally they can give up to three days without a prescription. Suggested an expensive visit to urgent drs. Then fobbed me off with “oh well you have options”. I went cold turkey on my anti depressant which wasn’t nice! Thanks for nothing! It isn’t like my medication has any street value, or could cause any harm but all I got was “you have options” rather die in the road then darken their doorway again.
We always use this pharmacy for our prescriptions. Always helpful smiling staff. Can never fault thier advice.
First time I have been here since they shifted a very nice place. Had a XRay.
