Why would I take taxi when these drivers are driving Uber as well. Same car same drivers cheaper rate. Hate Urban link. Very disappointed.
Worst service ever. They left a 93 year old waiting an hour on the side of the road and Joe in the office was disrespectful and couldn't care less. His sarcasm and attitude made me wonder if he owns the place as surely they wouldn't employe someone like that. Happy to discuss further if he doesn't hang up on me again.
Chris gave me and two others a free ride when we were stranded at the airport after a shuttle no-show. Great guy, great conversation, a real silver lining and nice end to a long day of travel :

This service is useless booked two vans 6 months ago with booking references and was just called now to say they can't offer the service at all useless waste of time, with no explanation, u can't run a business letting customers down for a service you provide, highly unreliable and not rec at all this was so dissapointing after looking forward to an event after covid to be told yeah can't do it....

Mixed experiences. Some of the drivers are great but often a long wait time.
