We started using Urban Blinds pretty much straightaway, I think we were their 13th customer! Since then we've returned two further times to have more windows fitted with their products. They provide a great service, honest, laid-back, friendly and approachable. They know what they are talking about, they take care when advising and discussing your needs and also when fitting the blind itself. Alongside all of that they charge a sensible fee so you have the pleasure of working with a good team, with a great product and at a fair price. What more could you ask! Highly recommended!
Having recently purchased a new-build house we were looking for a company to provide & install curtains & blinds for the whole house. Despite living outside of Jay’s usual area of operation, he was happy to come along & provide a quote. This was timed to suit our availability as we were living outside of the area at the time. Jay spent around 2.5 hours with us - measuring, advising and helping to inform our choices for the whole house. He then provided us with a quote, which compared very favourably with other more well-known providers. He specified that it would take a day to install all of the blinds & curtains we had ordered and he provided us with an installation date as soon as we accepted his quote. The installation was completed on the agreed date with no issues whatsoever. Jay and his fitter were very easy to get along with and we felt in very safe & professional hands. The quality of the installation and products are of a very high standard and we are entirely satisfied with the results. We would highly recommend Urban Blinds Lincoln to anyone needing made to measure blinds and curtains.
Amazing service & excellent quality blinds. Jay was helpful & knowledgable so we got the perfect shutter blinds for our new home …… 100% recommend!
