I stood at the counter waiting to pay for my petrol for ages while the 3 women behind the counter continued their conversation. Then when they were finished, the woman on the counter with the denim wildbean apron on didn't even acknowledge me and just started scanning the things I was buying. Poor customer service.

Staff was amazing, food was pretty nice. But not very good for the environment though.

Staff is always helpful and with a very positive attitude. I buy 90% of my petrol there. They make you feel valued at all times

Wow what a service wonderful people so well presented and Quick with the service it was a heck of a Saturday morning so very busy but the people working the one on the counter and the two making coffee communicated so well, so Well done bp Whitby

Great friendly service, public amenities, good snack & beverages chilled, quick service. Very busy efficient Service station.

Terrible smell of sour milk when we entered. Slow cashier with no personality. Long queue but apparently tipping out credited/expired milk products is more important than serving customers. Average coffee.

Amazing warm fresh food, joyful staff. One time I saw the staff behind the counter dancing and singing!
