Uppercut was so helpful! It's been years since I had a fire and when I provided my house dimensions and how often I was going to be home, they gave me an estimate of how much firewood I might need. It was very helpful!nMy wood arrived on time and the truck drivers dropped it in the perfect spot.nWill be using them again. :
Dry wood cut & split evenly. Also a variety of types, or mixed. Prompt delivery. Good communication regarding supply stock. Make sure you plan to get supplies B4 winter. Stock sells out quickly. Highly recommend
Was offered wood that was “compromised by weather” which I took to mean wet on the outside however much of the wood poplar is heavy, and won’t burn, thus has high moisture content. I emailed asking for a chat about it got a return email stating that I got what I was told I was getting. Sadly trust in this business for me has gone.
Excellent customer service. Professional, honest, and timely delivery. Very happy with this service and their wood which we had delivered at the end of May!! would recommend them to anyone looking for wood in the Wanaka region.
