The University of Auckland's Clever Canine Lab seeks to discover how dogs really think. In particular our research focuses on understanding the social bonds that exists between dogs and their owners.
The University of Auckland's Clever Canine Lab was established in 2017. Its primary focus is exploring how dogs think, with a particular focus on understanding the social bonds between dogs and their owners. To do this we present dogs volunteered by their owners with fun games to play. We hope this research will not only help us understand how dogs think, but also lead to a deeper understanding of how intelligence evolves more generally. If you are interested in volunteering your dog you can visit our website http://clevercaninelab.auckland.ac.nz for more details.
