Our pup loves going to unleashed! They are so caring and you can tell they genuinely care about the dogs that go there. They’re super accomodating to our erratic schedule, super friendly and they post pics everyday. A really awesome place.
This was our first visit and everyone was very nice. My dog loved his haircut, nails done and came home smelling all squeaky clean again. Happy mumma, happy dog, at a good price. Win win win.
Koda loved coming here, and so did we until the place changed ownership suddenly and there was a 30% price increase. No announcement, no introduction to the new owners, nothing. Met new owner this morning and it was a telling interaction from the moment we walked in the door. No niceties, pretty curt and did not take feedback well at all. Only reason this still gets 2-stars is out of respect for the original owners and team. Sadly, we will not be returning based on this mornings interaction.
Fabulous staff who are amazing with my boy. Answer all my questions, help with anything I enquire about. Prices are reasonable and grooming/nails done well. Wish they did boarding as well.
Got our doggies groomed there today, very impresssed at the service and grooming, Thanks Tara for the lovely groom today, see you for a cut n curl in August! 10paws for Unleashed!
