I ordered a 60 x 80cm Nielsen Quadrum oak frame from this place back on Nov 22. It, unfortunately, came with the glass smashed so it was therefore unusable. I contacted them fairly immediately about this and was told to send it to a local DPD returns to return the parcel. When I arrived it was too large for the corner shop to take. They then said Fedex pickup will pick it up from my address. This was the last I heard from them before Xmas and have been unable to contact them since. Would just like the full refund I am 100% owed. Frustrating.
