Great service, has most sizes available. Should really change your opening hours on google. It says sundays are open and a couple of parents were waiting to get kids uniforms and it was closed.

I've been waiting since February for my son's jersey. It was getting embroidered then I was told the embroidery machine was broken. I have made numerous attempts at contact and have been told twice that they are "looking for the jersey" and would let me know as soon as they found it. It's been over a month since then and now they are not responding. It's cold in.the mornings so my son is going to school in a too small jersey with a hole in it. Not good enough.

Absolutely terrible experience with this shop..I can't put zero for review, that's why I am giving 1. I went to shop today to exchange 2 pairs of socks that we bought for my girl. It is too big for her and that's why I have decided to exchange that and buy a sports top for her. The lady in the shop was not ready to refund me as I haven't presented the receipt. The socks still got their price tag,untouched, good condition and even in their original bag. We bought things for my girl before from that shop and they haven't given me a receipt. All that I have got was an eftpose receipt and that receipt doesn't mention any exchange policy.the lady told shop exchange policy includes return with original receipt. I am asking where in the receipt you guys mention that. I feel very humiliated . The lady even told me "I can't refund you someone else money ". That was so rude.
I purchased a Kamo high school jacket the last week.of the last term, which ended up being too small. I have endeavoured to contact the store to organise an exchange to a bigger size as the many times I went to the store it was closed! Someone finally returned my many calls where I left voicemails. The guy who called in all fairness was great, but I told him I'd be in tomorrow this morning to exchange. I get there and they are closed today and my daughter is yet again off to school cold and without a jacket once again. So frustrating. I will not use this shop again.

Absolutely terrible. Covid is no excuse, I brought a jersey Feb 2022 didn't receive that jersey until April communication was absolutely shocking. I have brought another jersey 2 weeks ago now. I rang last week went to voicemail everytime, rang this week finally got an answer and they have just informed me that they won't be embroider until next week. Terrible service they did not inform me that they won't be ready until next week I had to ring an find out, even though I left countless voicemails with my contact details. Absolutely shocked will not purchase from them again if I absolutely have to.
Terrible rude customer service.... My wife went with my daughter to exchange 2 pair of socks which was not used neither opened... But the lady staff was not ready to accept it..Never experienced such a rude customer service ever...Now way we are not going to that shop anymore....No problem with the product quality.... The star rating is for the rude customer service..Not Even worth a star..
