The staff here are absolutely amazing. They are so helpful and are always stocked up with so many options. Costs are very competitive and I even buy gifts here. There is a huge range of make up also. Also if you go here and wait for your script you get a discount at Fitzies bakery too.

I have been a customer for many years and always loved this local pharmacy, but during my most recent visit I was blowen away by the level of service I received. I was served by a lady I believe called purple and she went above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. My script had not come through, she took my details so she could inform me when it did, by close of business it had not come in she rung me to inform me of this. The following day as soon as it had come in she rung me and advised me of a suitable collection time. This level of service was beyond my expectations and deserves to be acknowledged. Thank you purple, Adam and Melina for doing such a great job servicing our community especially during these difficult times. Joe.

Your not allowed in here without a mask. Even after you have just been in the hospital without a mask. It's not a law or a mandate anymore yet they are forcing people to wear masks or they refuse to sell medication. This is not okay.

Been trying to ring this store for a week , they never answer their phone . How ridiculous for a pharmacy !! They could at least put in place “ leave a message “….

Great customer service! As for grey haired old lady, at times she appears a bit off putting but that does not put me off coming to the pharmacy. Great all round gifts and love strolling through looking at the various items throughout the store

Fantastic staff very busy very helpful with gr8 advice

I have used this pharmacy for a while and often. I have occasionally found the person serving me to be terse and a bit rude. I have each time given them the benefit of the doubt and not said anything. When you work in customer service of any kind being polite is a given, even if you are having a bad day! Particularly in your situation as you are mostly dealing with the vulnerable or sick. If you dont like your job leave, if there is some other reason for your behavior self evaluation is needed. Instead of the short walk to here, I will in the future, get in my car and go elsewhere.

Had to get medication for our sick 1 year old daughter on Christmas Eve. It was extremely convenient and lucky for us that they were open till 8 so we could get urgent antibiotics for my child. You could see it was a really busy day for then and it was a 1 hour wait till we could get our prescription and poor staff were too rushed off their feet to be friendly. Wonder if it's possible to have more pharmacists on at busy periods like this but understandable it would be hard on Christmas eve. Parking can be tricky too, but luckily there's parking further along the complex.
