Some really nice staff in the shop, great help and always there when you need. However.. really slow with scripts etc, because they have got no other competition so they can do as they please.
How dear staff humiliate my sister as regards our mothers medication. To pass judgment on a situation she clearly knows nothing about. To intimidate my sister in front of other members of the public and to judge my sisters care of our mother. My sister works tirelessly to care for our mother and cares for her well considering the circumstances. This staff member knows nothing regarding our mothers mental Health and the difficulties my sister faces from one day to the next. As my mothers medical conditions are confidential I will not go into detail. This staff member knows who she is and I will be putting forward a formal complaint as she was behaving completely unprofessional and has overstepped the guidelines for that she was employed for. Kind Regards
Yesterday afternoon, my aunt came into your pharmacy to collect my grandmothers medication. She was served by a young woman in the shop who had an extremely hostile attitude and my aunt was given the impression that she was wasting this woman’s time. After getting told “I can’t have my lunch break now” numerous times, this staff member clearly did not want to be organising my grandmothers medication. I find this attitude and complete disregard of professionalism an absolute disgrace. At what point during this staff members training has she learned that this is an appropriate way to talk to customers? This staff member, has no idea what circumstances or situations my aunt has been dealing with. My grandmother has early stages of dementia and is not the easiest person to take care of. This behaviour and attitude from your staff, leads me and my family to believe that there must not be any training given to your staff. It also leads us to believe that your pharmacy does not value any sort of professionalism or duty of care. After eventually organising my grandmothers medication, the staff members parting shot to my aunt was “I feel sorry for your mother”. My aunt left the shop feeling embarrassed, judged and victimised at this young woman’s disgusting treatment of her. I strongly suggest the management of this pharmacy, some sort of disciplinary action happen in regards to how this staff member treated a member of the public. It is not the responsibility of your staff to judge people, it is your responsibility to provide the medication and care that members of the community need in a kind and professional manner.
Friendly staff, everyone of the staff members on the floor asked if I needed any assistance during my 30 minutes i was in the store for my 2nd covid jab. Good old fashioned customer service at its finest. Very spacious & tidy pharmacy.
I have never been so embarrassed and humiliated in a business before to have a staff member have a go at me in relation to my mother‘s medication commenting how sorry she felt for my mother she does not live with my mother she obviously does not understand what it’s like to live with a person with dementia I can only guess that my mother had rung up and put on a sob story which she does on regular basis but for someone to judge me without knowing me and my home circumstances I found it very unprofessional to have this attack on me in the middle of the shop in front of other customers and staff regardless of her personal opinion of me I found this to be very unprofessional and uncalled for
Staff are always helpful and friendly. There is a huge range of stock from gifts to essential pharmaceutical products
The best staff work there. Super friendly and helpful no matter how busy they are.
Was here for less than a minute and a staff member asked if id like help with anything. Fantastic service.
