The staff are always warm, friendly and helpful. We have never had a bad experience - in fact the opposite. It seems that no matter how busy they are, the staff are always respectful and willing to help. Outstanding service at all times.
This is Alison, rather than Leighton. I would ditto the positive comments already posted, having moved from the other pharmacy once this one opened. The assistant helped find the most relevant magnesium product for my needs, while explaining what the various types of magnesium were. That checking if you want assistance, and giving great factual advice is really appreciated. I like the Unichem/Life Pharmacy loyalty points too.
