Places that need improvement are customer service at the rear. Making customers wait while you have conversations with other customers is alright but not professional waiting 5 minutes or longer.
One of the male pharmacists vas very rude and unhelpful to my girlfriend on the phone. Not very professional.

Excellent pharmacy with knowledgeable staff. Quick prescription service. Plenty of services beyond the shop and dispensary. If in doubt about a minor medical issue, see the pharmacy first, I was surprised with what they can help with. Lots of gift and homeware options as well as your beauty needs.
I had a great shopping experience here. The staff were friendly and helpful plus there's a wide range of products. Loved the gift area. Would recommend shopping here and will stop by again next time I'm in town.
