Can never get through on the phone and seems to always have issues with scripts
Don’t like that they always hang up on u, instead they answer don’t say a thing and then hang the phone str8 up!!!!! All I want to do is ring and check up on and sort script so I don’t have to come down and wait around when I have small children to tend too!!!
Nice staff alway cheerful. Good products a wide variety everything there.nPharmacists helpful as long as you are normal and dont get caught in traffic accident or have ppl die or other hold ups. They will not help after hours even in extreme circumstances. I would do 5 if they did. I drove from welly so its touch an go somex for me...a painful night if i miss them.
Only gave me a quarter of my prescription and wouldn’t let me send the repeat to my local pharmacy other pharmacies let me transfer. I got a text to say my repeat was due today but they insisted it was yesterday. Really rude phone service.
