We are located next to Tui Medical in the Rototuna Shopping Centre. We are open everyday (except Christmas Day) from 8am to 8pm. We offer a range of professional services such as Flu Vaccinations, Emergency Contraception, Urinary Tract Infection Treatment, Erectile Dysfunction treatment, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, various Health Checks and Medico Compliance Packing. We also have a brand new Photo Centre offering passport photos, and photo kiosks where you can print photos from your phone.

Script took over half an hour to do mind you they were very busy

I would rate 0 stars if possible. Appalling customer service. I was left to wait for my prescription for 40 minutes because none of the many employees were attentive enough to call out prescriptions/ check on their customers. This is particularly bad service for vulnerable/ weak/ elderly customers. Very incompetent staff.

Way overpriced. Same stuff are sold for 25% less at The Chemist Warehouse which is only 6 minutes drive away.

Fantastic service, friendly staff ! Great experience

Had my passport photo taken, nice and easy.

Good pharmacy. Its very borring to wait most of the time 20 mins to get your medicine. But stuff are good. Either if medicine is not available will try to arrange from another place.

If you call ahead for your repeat prescriptions, they have them ready for you when you get there. Also send reminders when your next prescription is due!
