Not your average pharmacy. The service is great, staff are always smiling and happy to help. Heaps of cool things to look at, wither your gift shopping for others or wanting to treat yourself. So many cool goodies to find.
Great staff, despite being busy all the time. Sad they are shut on Sundays. This is a real hardship for Dargaville and surrounds. Wide variety of lovely things, great for last minute gifts.
Excellent customer service and great range of products. Best chemist I have been to.
Nice tidy store, although it is a little cluttered. Staff are super helpful.
Really disappointed in this pharmacy. Every script is missing my patches or injections and sometimes I have to ask them more than 3 times to order them. I've asked multiple times to write a note on my file to order these when they start making my blister pack but they done even read their own notes! This last script I've asked for my patches 3 weeks in a row and they still havent ordered them. I have come accros an occasion where they have said they have given me a medication that was still sitting on their shelf. Recently I was staying in whangarei hospital with my daughter and I forgot to take my meds. I ordered a script for 7 days of meds that I picked up in whangarei and someone in dargaville orrs decided I no longer needed medications with them so stopped making my blister packs altogether.
